Cindy Dillard, CEO, Owner
As a young and enterprising four year old, Cindy fondly remembers carrying her clipboard or sitting at her desk with her red telephone and pretend checks as she played office. Finding one’s true passion often reveals itself at an early age.
For Cindy, that passion is in finding solutions for emerging entrepreneurs and investors to save money on their taxes. After enjoying a creative childhood in Idaho and working as a subcontractor for the Dept. of Energy, Cindy packed up her car and 12-year old daughter to move to Phoenix, AZ in 1998. It was there she felt inspired to launch her business as a tax specialist. For the last 12 years, A + Tax Service has grown to handle over 1,800+ clients (individuals and corporate) from a variety of backgrounds. Cindy specialty is developing custom strategies that minimize her client’s tax liability. She also provides other support; including payroll services, incorporating new businesses, and implementing entire accounting systems for any new or existing companies.
As one of the leading tax specialists in the Valley, Cindy’s strategies, tips and unique steps often save thousands of dollars paid to the IRS. For a business owner, Cindy’s expertise, advice and cutting edge tax savings strategies are instrumental in their ability to grow and flourish even in the midst of a sullen economic climate.
Cindy loves working one-on-one with business owners and investors who are looking for sound advice that is customized to their individual needs. She has created a step-by-step 5 CD program for emerging entrepreneurs and investors that will propel their business to the next level. The program – due for release later this year – highlights how to maximize capital and increase profits by using the most effective tax strategies.
In addition to living out a fulfilling career, Cindy is a newlywed who loves to find the latest cooking tip, travel and spending time with her husband, both of their children and grandchildren. It is because she loves people – watching them, helping them and communicating with them – that Cindy continues to wake up every day and thrive in solving the puzzles of tax mysteries.
Jared Crystal, CFO
Jared has worked for A+ Tax for 10 years. He moved to Phoenix from Rigby Idaho where he was a Manager for a large restaurant. His income tax and bookkeeping knowledge is exceptional and put together with his management skills, clearly makes him a professional in his field. His expertise is, Corporate bookkeeping and income tax filing for Corporations.
Tammy Ragsdale, COO
Tammy has been with A+ Tax for 2+ years. She comes to with 30 years of office experience, the last 15 of which was Management. Her past experience of managing and staffing needs, along with her new knowledge of taxes and bookkeeping services, assures us of her professionalism.
Steve Ludwig – Tax Preparer
Steve is retired from Honeywell & Motorola after 20 years as a software engineer. He has been with for A + Tax for the past 5 years and was with H & R Block for 4 years prior. His expertise is Corporation, Partnerships and Estate/Trust. When he is not in the office, Steve is on the tennis courts.
