Print out the following checklist before you come to see us:

To ensure that we have everything we need to process your tax return quickly, make sure that you bring EVERYTHING THAT APPLIES to your situation.

    Here's the short, less complicated tax return list:

  1. IRS Rebate Letter sent to all taxpayers during summer of 2001
  2. Drivers license and SS cards for taxpayer and spouse
  3. Social Security cards and dates of birth for all dependents as well as taxpayer and spouse
  4. W-2's
  5. Prior year tax return
  6. Forms 1099-Misc. Independent Contractor income
